National Certificate Level 5 in Construction Supervision

COURSE OBJECTIVE

The National Certificate Level 5 in Construction Supervision is designed to provide people credited with
the qualification the skills and knowledge required by a capable construction supervisor.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Either SC with National Certificate Level 4 in Carpentry or National Certificate Level 4 in Construction
    or equivalent or National Certificate Draughtsmanship
  • Or 2 ‘A’ Levels including one Technical Subject or GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 years’ experience in the
    trade.

Duration: 24 months

  • Preparation of the order lists for a residential or light commercial building on site
  • Demonstration of knowledge of working drawings, specifications and quantity lists
